All of the daily operations, including maintenance work are performed from the front of the machine.
Adjustment of the height of the position between the nozzle and the PCB is possible without having to change the height of the solder bath through our new mechanism, the "X-Y Sliding Stand", This also make it very easy to set the optimum operating condition with excellent repeatability.
Adjustment of the flow height near the solder bath and its numerical control are enabled with the easily operated digital-setting module.
A new device has been installed at the fixed rail, making it possible to adjust its position, greatly enhancing workability of the daily maintenance of the solder bath.
To cope with the various models of PCBs to be processed, it is possible to install an optional module which provides memory functions, This makes it possible to record various setting conditions and ensuring high quality and repeatability.
As a standard model, this machine is equiped with transit feeder conveyors that link with the preceeding and following process lines, As the outlet feeder conveyor is an "inclined/horizontal" type conveyor, a complete flow line system is facilitated.
